Desert Oasis Cleaning & Facilities was founded by Miriam and Teagan Rhodes with a simple belief — exceptional service starts with people. With a background in human resources and operations, we’ve spent years working closely with professionals, building systems, and creating environments where both clients and teams can thrive.

As a working professionals and parents, we understand how important it is to have dependable, trustworthy service you don’t have to second-guess. I also believe the people doing the work deserve respect, fairness, and clear expectations. Too often in this industry, clients receive inconsistent service and workers are treated as disposable.
